I’m Rufus Paschal, a dedicated security and public-safety professional based in Toronto, Ontario. My journey has been shaped by hard work, service, and discipline — from leading security operations in Nigeria as a Chief Security Officer, to earning Canadian diplomas in Law Enforcement & Police Foundations and Business Management, to protecting patients and staff on the front line of hospital security here in Toronto.
